Now Hiring - Landscaping Account Manager in North Royalton, OH

We are searching for a dynamic & personable individual to join our expanding team in the role of an Account Manager. This person will support the company by both working leads through the maintenance sales process and caring for our current customers. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Experience with landscape maintenance is a plus but not a must.

Responsibilities include:

· Lead Generation: Execute lead generation tasks. Grow maintenance revenue annually. Participate in ongoing sales training programs.

· Contract Sales and Renewal: Renew existing maintenance customers. Close new maintenance contracts per annual sales budget. Renew existing profitable contracts annually.

· Enhancement Sales: Actively seek opportunities for property improvements. Close new enhancement sales per annual budget, with the majority coming from existing maintenance customers.

· Client Lifecycle: Manage the customer lifecycle. Focus on making the client feel important and valued. Take accountability for every experience with a customer. Care about your clients.
